Vehicle Hold Policy

VEHICLE HOLD POLICY

Due to our low prices and high sales volume, we often have multiple guests interested in the same vehicle at the same time. In an effort to be transparent and fair with all parties interested in a vehicle, we will only "hold" a vehicle for a guest's drive time to the dealership. The guest should contact the dealership before leaving to verify that the vehicle is still available, let us know what their estimated arrival is, and we will hold the vehicle in anticipation of their arrival. The maximum hold time for this policy is five hours.
